This Constitution is currently in draft status, it will be discussed, voted on and approved at the Trust's 2025 AGM.

Objectives

  1. To strengthen the bond between the Club and the community which it serves and to represent the interests of the community in the running of the Club.
  2. To benefit present and future members of the community served by the Club by promoting encouraging and furthering the game of football as a recreational facility, sporting activity and focus for community involvement.
  3. To safeguard the long-term future, sustainability and heritage of the Club for the benefit of current and future generations of supporters and the community. To encourage the club to take proper account of the interests of its supporters and of the community it serves in its decisions.
  4. To encourage and promote the principle of supporter representation on the committee of any company owning or controlling the Club and ultimately to be the vehicle for democratic elections to the committee.
  5. To promote, develop and respect the rights of members of the community served by the Club.
  6. To assist and drive the return of Aylesbury United FC to the Aylesbury Vale.
  7. To raise money and donate it to the Club to be spent in such a way as to promote the aims and objectives of The Supporter's Trust and for the benefit of the local community and the supporters of Aylesbury United.
